Exchanges Policy

We understand that it can be difficult to know if the item you chose is just right until you see it in person. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange stock items only for another item of equal or greater value within 5 days of receipt. All stock items are described and noted in the “Details” section of each product, and any variation of ring size, stones or metal color is considered special order. Because our stones are natural and hand picked, we do not consider slight variations in dimensions or color eligible for an exchange. Exchanges must be sent back in perfect condition with all original packaging. Any item returned without the original tag attached and packaging will not be accepted and 25% will be deducted from the exchange amount. The shipping amount charged on the original order, if any, will not be included in the exchange amount.

We like to know what we are expecting, so prior authorization of your exchange and a valid RA (return authorization) number is required. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your IS piece(s) via email at and include the following:

This request must include:

  • your original order number in the subject line
  • reason for your exchange, and
  • Which piece you would like to exchange your purchase for, or if you prefer store credit.

If the item has been altered or modified (e.g. sized, cut, polished, etc.) in any way it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for exchange. All custom pieces or special order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange. 

If the exchange request is approved, we will get back to you, in most cases by the following business day, with an RA number. All exchanges must be sent back insured and prepaid (no COD), with a trackable method that requires adult signature, and must include an RA number on the label of the box. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we are not responsible for the loss. 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Should you need to make any changes to the style or size of the piece (e.g., change in ring size or color of metal) please contact us at within 24 hours of your purchase. Any changes requested after this 24 hour window may be denied or subject to a fee.
